Henry Choi,
above photo, defeated Nick Coutts,
7-6, 6-2 in the Men's Open final, Sunday, July 24. The final
weekend turned out to be nice and sunny, after a chilly and wet
first week which forced many matches to be rescheduled indoors and
some events even cancelled altogether.

In the Women's Open final, Katerina Boiko came back from a set down to beat Monica Neveklovska
in a thriller, 5-7, 6-4, 7-5.

Monica later teamed up with Nick Coutts to overcome Justin Guay and
Spanish Anna Miguel in the Mixed Open final, 6-2, 6-1.

6-4, 2-6, 6-4. Fourteen-year-old Stacey also played the Junior
event. She lost to Jena Cheng of Edmonton, 3-6, 6-1,
6-4, in the Girls' 18 Singles Champs final. The Junior event attracted 347 players
